Terms of use

1. What you're paying for

$1.99 buys you: (a) a listing in the shipd.lol directory, (b) 60 minutes of placement in the Fresh section of the homepage, (c) automated scraping of your site's public metadata, (d) an auto-generated post on the @shipd_lol X account tagging your handle.

2. What you're not paying for

We do not guarantee any specific amount of clicks, traffic, revenue, or customer interest. The promise is the placement, not the outcome.

3. What you can't submit

Spam, scams, phishing, NSFW / illegal content, and impersonation are not welcome. Anything we remove for these reasons is refunded in full.

4. Refunds

If we remove your listing under section 3, full refund. If your listing simply doesn't perform well, no refund — that's not what the price covers.

5. Changes

We may change these terms; the version live on this page always wins. Substantial changes will be announced on @shipd_lol.
